Elin Lassen joined Executive Legal in 2025. She brings ten years of experience practicing in the corporate and business transactions groups at large international law firms, with a focus on advising companies, management teams and founders on transactional and general corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, as well as commercial, corporate governance and compliance matters.
Elin is recognized in the 2023 edition of The Best Lawyers in America© “Ones to Watch” in the Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law category.
Elin earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She served as a submissions editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was also a Heyman Scholar in The Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance, where she focused on corporate and securities laws and their financial, business, and regulatory contexts.
Elin is admitted to practice in North Carolina and New York.
